By purchasing or requesting a digital resource from Brand Builders Connect, you agree to this Digital Delivery Policy.
Please verify payment instructions before sending payment. Digital resources are delivered only after payment is confirmed through an approved Brand Builders Connect channel.

2. Delivery method

3. Delivery time
After payment confirmation, digital resources are typically delivered within a reasonable processing time.
Delivery may be delayed if:
- The payment has not been confirmed
- The wrong email address was provided
- The order details are incomplete
- The payment was made through an unverified channel
- Manual verification is needed before delivery
- There is a technical or email delivery issue
4. Customer information needed for delivery

5. Failed or missing delivery
If you paid through an approved Brand Builders Connect channel but did not receive your digital resource, contact us with:

We may resend the file, verify your email address, check payment confirmation, or provide another approved delivery method.
6. File access and technical issues

You are responsible for using a device, email inbox, internet connection, and software capable of opening PDF files.
If a file link expires, does not open, or is not received, contact us for support. We may reissue delivery when payment and purchase details are verified.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, copy, share, reproduce, edit for resale, or claim Brand Builders Connect digital resources as your own.

8. Connection to the Refund Policy
Because digital resources can be downloaded, opened, saved, copied, or used immediately after delivery, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.
