This Digital Delivery Policy explains how Brand Builders Connect, operated through P Jones Connect, delivers digital products and author resources purchased or requested through brandbuildersconnect.com, official contact forms, approved email communication, or verified payment channels.
By purchasing or requesting a BBC digital resource, you agree to this Digital Delivery Policy.
Please verify payment instructions before sending payment. Digital resources are delivered only after payment is confirmed through an approved BBC payment or communication channel.

2. Delivery method
Digital resources are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase or request process.
Depending on the resource, BBC may deliver the purchase as a PDF attachment, secure file link, downloadable file, or another approved digital delivery method.
Delivery will only be made through an approved BBC communication or delivery channel.
3. Delivery time
After payment confirmation, digital resources are typically delivered within a reasonable processing period.
Delivery may be delayed when:
- Payment has not yet been confirmed
- An incorrect email address was provided
- Required order information is incomplete
- Payment requires manual verification
- Payment was made through an unverified channel
- A technical, file, or email delivery issue occurs
4. Customer information needed for delivery

5. Failed or missing delivery
If you completed a verified purchase but did not receive your digital resource, contact the BBC team and provide enough information for us to locate the transaction.

- Email address used for the purchase
- Resource or bundle purchased
- Approximate payment date
- Transaction reference, receipt, or payment confirmation
- Relevant communication connected to the purchase
Once the purchase has been verified, we may resend the file, correct the delivery address, investigate the original delivery, or provide another approved delivery method.
6. File access and technical issues
Digital resources may be delivered as PDF files, attachments, downloadable files, secure links, or other appropriate digital formats.
Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, email inbox, browser, and software required to access the delivered resource.
If a legitimate delivery link expires, fails to open, or is not received, contact the BBC team. We may reissue access after verifying the purchase.
7. Usage rights and restrictions
Unless otherwise stated, BBC digital resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal author planning, book marketing preparation, educational use, and self guided implementation.
Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of BBC intellectual property or grant permission to commercially redistribute the material.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, reproduce for distribution, edit for resale, sublicense, or claim BBC digital resources as your own.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or distribution may result in termination of resource access or support and may be addressed under our Terms of Service or applicable law.
8. Connection to the Refund Policy
Because digital resources may be opened, saved, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after delivery, eligibility for refunds may be limited once digital delivery has occurred.
Refund requests are handled according to the BBC Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
A delivery problem does not automatically require a refund. Where appropriate, BBC may first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the resource, correcting delivery information, or providing another approved method of access.
9. Payment verification and impersonation safety
Digital delivery applies to purchases completed through approved BBC payment channels or verified payment instructions.
Depending on the payment method provided, a payment page may display a settlement currency different from the currency originally quoted. Where applicable, the payment page or the customer's card provider may handle currency conversion.
Before making payment, customers should confirm that the payment instruction came from an official or verified BBC communication channel.

BBC cannot guarantee delivery for payments voluntarily sent to impersonators, fraudulent accounts, or other payment destinations that were not issued or verified by BBC.

We may request proof of payment, the email address connected to the purchase, the selected resource, transaction information, or the purchase date before investigating a delivery issue or reissuing a resource.
Before reporting a missing delivery, please check spam, junk, promotions, filtered folders, and any other inbox associated with the email address used during purchase.
